Wilson Trailer is excited to announce our photo contest, giving you the opportunity to capture and share your trailer photos for a chance to be included Wilson Trailer’s 2025 Calendar. Before submitting, please review the rules, release, and licensing terms below to ensure your entry meets the requirements. By participating, each contestant agrees to the following rules, release and license.

CONTEST RULES AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Photograph Submissions:

Photographs must be uploaded and submitted in landscape/horizontal orientation in JPG, TIF, PNG formats through the submission button at the bottom of the page.

Photos not submitted in the correct format on the submission form below will not be considered for this contest.

The contest will run from Sept. 27^th, 2024 to Nov. 15^th, 2024 at 11:59 PM CST. No late submissions will be accepted. 

Submission Limitations:

Each contestant is limited to 1 submission which must be a unique and original photograph.

Each submission exceeding the limited number is excluded from the contest.

Ownership:

All submissions must be guaranteed to be the original work of contestant.

Submission of a third-party’s photo/material is strictly prohibited.

Contestant hereby agrees and guarantees that no submission of any work shall infringe upon the intellectual property rights and privacy rights of any third party.

Contestant Winners:

All submissions by contestants will be evaluated by a Wilson Trailer selected panel and will choose 13 winners.
All decisions are final.
Any submission deemed illegal/inappropriate shall be disqualified from this contest.

Prizes:

The following prizes shall be issued after evaluating all submissions:

(1) Grand Prize:

• Photo Printed on the 2025 Calendar cover
• 1 Yeti Cooler
• 1 Wilson Trailer Swag Bag including Caps, Tumblers and more!

(12) Runner-Ups

• Photo Printed on (1) Month of the calendar
• 1 Wilson Trailer Swag Bag including Caps, Tumblers and more!

Contestant winners will be notified via email. Winners are responsible for collecting the prizes within thirty (30) business days from the date of notification. After thirty (30) days, all prizes will be forfeited.

Violation of Rules:

Where a rule of this contest is deemed to have been violated by a contestant, said contestant shall be eliminated from consideration and all prizes shall be revoked, if necessary.

Copyright Release and License:

I give Wilson Trailer Company, and all related entities, the right and permission to copyright and/or publish, reproduce or otherwise use my name, likeness and/or written material, photographs created by me for advertising, or any other lawful purpose without restriction.

I agree to relinquish all rights, title, and interest I may have in the finished product or the advertising copy that may be used from the content I provide to Wilson Trailer Company, and waive all rights to payment or compensation for the same.

I guarantee that I am the sole owner of all right, title, and interest to the material provided to Wilson Trailer Company. Further, I agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Wilson Trailer Company and each of their respective agents, employees, officers, directors, successors, and assigns against any and all claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trade-mark infringement or any other intellectual property related cause of action.

This Copyright Release is indefinite and perpetual for as long as Wilson Trailer Company uses the same.
